Ja Morant's first week in a Trail Blazers jersey just got its own shoe. Right after Portland's 41-point home win over the Suns, Nike debuted images of the Nike Ja 4 "Code Red", and as Sole Retriever reported, it releases November 19, 2026 for $130 through Nike and select retailers.
The pair (IM4135-602) comes in Bright Crimson/Black-Cobalt Bliss, which is a polite way of saying "very, very red." The diamond-plated one-piece upper is red, the mesh on the tongue and sockliner is red, and the midsole and outsole are red too. The JA Swoosh side panel and the Swoosh flip to black for contrast, with more black on the vamp and the monogram tongue logo. The name is a nod to the soda flavor, which Sole Retriever calls the first beverage-themed Ja colorway since his Kool-Aid Ja 3s.

Our take: this is the easiest Ja 4 to explain so far. It matches the new jersey, it matches the soda, and it matches pretty much every Blazers fan's mood after a 41-point win. The tonal red is loud on purpose, and the black Swoosh keeps it from looking like a highlighter. At $130 it's also one of the friendlier signature-shoe prices out there. Just don't spill the actual drink on them, because you won't be able to tell.
If you've been following the line, it pairs well with the zombie Ja 4 in our Nike Halloween roundup and the thermal-print Ja 4 "Radar".
At ONENESS: the Code Red lands November 19. If you want the red now, the Nike Men's Sportswear Allover Print Jacket in University Red is already on the rack, and the Nike Flight Men's Basketball Jacket keeps the hoops energy going. Or browse the full Nike collection.
