Update, October 19: Tip-off is tomorrow. Crocs' Lakers Crocband page still reads "Coming Soon Oct 20," and the release time built into the page points to 11:00 AM ET. Five teams, retro-logo Jibbitz in the box, and one more day to decide who you're riding with.
Opening night is a week out, and Crocs is suiting up early. The NBA × Crocs Crocband Clog collection drops five team pairs for the 2026–27 season: the New York Knicks (212802), Los Angeles Lakers (212800), Boston Celtics (212799), Chicago Bulls (212803) and Golden State Warriors (212801). Crocs' own product page lists the Lakers pair as coming October 20 for $74.99, and Sneaker News reports the whole set lands that day, which is also tip-off night, through Crocs and select retailers.
This isn't just a Classic Clog in team colors. The Crocband base gets a varsity-stripe turbo heel strap, a midsole band with the team name running all the way around, NBA co-branding on the strap and footbed, and six retro-logo Jibbitz in the box. The Knicks pair is the loudest of the five: royal blue shell, orange band, "NEW YORK KNICKS" on repeat, and an old-school Knickerbocker charm riding up front. Crocs is also rolling out Jibbitz for all 30 teams, from $2 single logos up to $20 premium metal five-packs, so the other 25 fan bases aren't left out completely.
Our take: team clogs used to be a gift-shop thing. These look like somebody in the building actually watched the games. The retro charms are what make it work, since nobody needed another clog with a giant logo slapped on the side. Kentucky still doesn't have an NBA team, so around here you'll just have to pick a side. Or pick Jibbitz.
