Reebok's DMX run just packed a go-bag. Houston's A Herd of Bison has an official collab on the Reebok Trailzillo DMX, after early pairs spent a few weeks floating around social media. It drops November 1 on the A Herd of Bison site, then goes wide on Reebok.com November 6, at $130 either way.
If the Trailzillo looks familiar, it should. It borrows a lot from the archival DMX Armadillo II, from the wavy side overlays to the blocky midsole. A Herd of Bison, the Houston label Kareem Day started in 2018, pushes it all the way toward gear. A utility pocket sits over the laces like a shroud, and there's a removable compass and carabiner combo, so you can technically find north on the way to the corner store. The base is black, with lime green hits on the side, a purple DMX midsole and Vibram's orange-branded rubber underneath. A run of co-branded apparel comes with it.

Our take: Reebok is on a real DMX streak right now. Brain Dead's DMX Series 3000 got people talking, and this is the brand going for two in a row with a chunkier, weirder shoe. That's a good thing. The purple and lime combo is pure '90s trail catalog, the pouch is the kind of detail people will either love or tuck away, and $130 with a Vibram sole is a fair ask for something this loaded. It's also nice to see Reebok back a Houston brand that has been customizing its shoes for years, instead of the usual suspects.
At ONENESS: the Trailzillo DMX isn't part of our lineup, but Reebok is. Check the Reebok x Avatar: The Last Airbender Instapump Fury 94, the Reebok x Billionaire Boys Club Club C 85 in Grey and the rest of our Reebok collection. And if you missed it, here's our look at the Reebok Speedshifter.
