Jordan Brand Goes Deep on Space Jam's 30th With Three Air Jordan 11s, Starting November 5

Jordan Brand Space Jam 30th anniversary campaign: models and Bugs Bunny framed in Looney Tunes closing rings wearing Tune Squad and Looney Tunes patch apparel

Jordan Brand just put a calendar on the Looney Tunes reunion. For the film's 30th anniversary, Footwear News reports a full Jordan Brand × Space Jam push headlined by three Air Jordan 11s, with the wider collection beginning November 5 on Jordan's site and select retailers. Official campaign imagery drops Aaron Judge, Rema, and Teyana Taylor into the same blue-to-green studio world as Bugs Bunny — elongated limbs, Tune Squad graphics, and all.

The nostalgia headliner is the Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" (CT8012-900), back for the first time since 2016. Nice Kicks clocks it for December 12 at $235 in full family sizing, with Varsity Royal Jumpman accents, stitched 23 on the heel, and JUMPMAN JAM on the tongue strip — the details that made the 2000 retail pair feel like the movie. Around it sit two concept colorways: the monochrome "Green Screen" (IQ5700-900), a nubuck-and-suede Gym Green build Nice Kicks lists for November 14 at $255, and the women's-run "Magic Ball" color-shift treatment Sneaker News places around November 11. Apparel leans hard into the cartoon — a varsity jacket with sports-card Looney Tunes patches and a glossy Lola Bunny long-sleeve jersey lead the pack, per FN.

Update, October 9: One more for the roster. The current signature shoe, the Air Jordan 41 "Space Jam" (HV6474-003), joins the anniversary set in a quiet Light Base Grey/Aluminum, with the Space Jam 30th logo on the insole and an outsole that glows blue in the dark. It's set for November at $205, per Sneaker News, which spotted it at the Jordan Dome pop-up in LA. The least cartoon-looking shoe in the whole lineup, right up until somebody turns the lights off.

Our take: Space Jam retros usually mean one shoe and a poster. This time Jordan Brand wrote a three-act play — the OG for the oldheads, Green Screen for the kids who edit everything, Magic Ball for whoever still remembers the Monstars stealing powers. Pair that with campaign photos that look like a Looney Tunes short directed by a sneaker kid, and November suddenly has a plot. Circle November 5 for the collection open, then the November 11–14 window and December 12 for the 11s.

Update, October 9 (afternoon): The campaign has a name: "Greatness Is Never Out of Reach." Jordan Brand added hooper Azzi Fudd to the cast next to Aaron Judge, Teyana Taylor and Rema, and those stretched-out arms in the photos are on purpose. They point back to MJ's arm-stretching game-winner against the Monstars at the end of the movie. Thirty years later, the message is the same: reach further. The arm day, apparently, is optional.

Update, October 9 (later): The collection now covers the golf course and the baseball diamond too. The Air Jordan 1 Low Golf Spiked "Space Jam" (JF1940-001) comes in black leather with iridescent purple overlays, 30th anniversary insoles and an icy blue spiked outsole for $175, and the Air Jordan 11 MCS Cleat "Space Jam" (JA7792-400) is a purple leather baseball cleat that tips its cap to MJ's Birmingham Barons days for $200. Both are set for November 5, per Sneaker Bar Detroit. The Jordan Trunner O/S "Space Jam Planet" (IX6403-200), in earthy tones with orange and purple hits, joins for November at $130, per Sneaker News. And if you happen to be in Tokyo: Nike Japan is throwing TOKYO JORDAN DOME at Meiji Park on Sunday, October 11 (noon to 9 PM local time, free entry), with pro streetball, airbrush customs, DJs, early product sales and an outdoor Space Jam screening under the stars, per Nike Japan. A movie night with a dunk contest is a better anniversary party than most of us get.

Update, October 9 (night): The women's Air Jordan 11 "Magic Ball" date is no longer a guess. Terrance Harvey, Jordan Brand's senior footwear manager, says it drops November 11 in extended sizing, in a behind-the-design video shared by House of Heat. So the women's run is real, the sizes go up, and nobody gets to use "I couldn't find my size" as an excuse this time.

Update, October 11: Lola Bunny finally gets a shoe of her own. The kids-only Air Jordan 3 "Lola Bunny" (IZ1694-600 in grade school, with preschool and toddler sizes alongside) swaps the tongue Jumpman for a bunny silhouette in pink on one shoe and yellow on the other, adds a fuzzy tail charm on the hangtag, and sits on a semi-translucent spine with a pink, yellow and blue Jumpman. House of Heat expects it on Nike.com around November 5, the same day the collection opens, and Sneaker News has it at $155 in grade school, $95 preschool and $80 toddler. It comes with a matching tee and fleece pants, so the kids will be the best-dressed Tune Squad members in the house. Again.
