Jordan Brand has its fall Air Jordan 12 lined up. Nike's SNKRS launch page now lists the Air Jordan 12 "Fireside" in Light Orewood Brown and Cacao Wow for Saturday, October 24 at 10 a.m. ET, priced at $215. The style code is CT8013-105, and Nice Kicks has the same date and price for Nike.com and select retailers.
The name fits the look. Light orewood leather, close to a warm cream, covers most of the upper. A rich chocolate mudguard wraps the bottom of the shoe, and the outsole is the same dark brown. Nike's close-ups show copper-toned metal lace loops, a brown Jumpman on the tongue and a red lining inside, which reads like the glow at the bottom of the fire.

The AJ12 is one of the few Jordans that looks better the more leather and the less color you give it, and this is a good example. There's no loud accent and no story you need explained. It's simply a cold-weather 12 in two browns and a cream, built for corduroy, wool coats and the first week of the year you actually need a jacket.
Our take: this is the kind of Jordan people end up wearing more than the hyped ones. It's not a collab and it won't break the internet, but the copper hardware is a nice touch, the color blocking is classic 12, and $215 is standard money for the model right now. If you like your sneakers to look like a leather armchair in a ski lodge, this is the one.
