The ComplexCon souvenir that everyone wanted to touch is heading home to Tokyo. Medicom Toy's BE@RBRICK FRAGMENT FLOCKY Ver. goes on sale Saturday, October 31 at MEDICOM TOY TOKYO and MEDICOM TOY NEXT, in BLACK and BLUE, each sold as a 100% & 400% set for ¥24,200 (tax included).
Here's the catch, and it's a big one: both shops are selling it in person only, through a web lottery. Entries run October 24 at 00:00 to October 25 at 23:59 Japan time, which works out to 11 AM ET Friday, October 23 through 10:59 AM ET Sunday, October 25. Winners have to show up on the 31st with photo ID that matches their entry, and Medicom says one entry per person (and per household).

"Flocky" is Medicom's word for flocking: short fibers stood up on the figure's surface so it feels like velvet or suede instead of shiny vinyl. Hiroshi Fujiwara's fragment design keeps it simple, with the white lightning-bolt circle on the chest and nothing else, so the texture does all the talking. Fullress reports these first sold at ComplexCon 2026, where Fujiwara served as the event's director, before landing at Medicom's own stores.
Our take: this is the most fragment thing imaginable. One logo, one finish, two colors, and somehow it's the one everybody wants. The blue is the pick for us, a deep royal that looks like it was dipped in a velvet couch. Just know that a flocked bear is a dust magnet, so keep it in the box or on a shelf far away from the dog.
At ONENESS: if you want a flocked bear without the Tokyo trip, grab the Medicom Toy Tom & Jerry Tom Flocky 1000% BE@RBRICK or browse the full Medicom Toy collection.
