Update, Wednesday, October 14, 1:35 PM ET: The pack is already out in the US. Per Sole Retriever, the Navy Croc (TB0A6G7F09D) and Dark Brown Croc (TB0A6G7F09C) Authentic Boat Shoes released today, October 14, through Jacquemus, Timberland and select retailers at $320 each in unisex sizing. Fullress still lists the Jacquemus Japan launch for October 15.
Jacquemus and Timberland just put another boat shoe on the calendar. Per Fullress, the third Jacquemus × Timberland "La Bateau" drop — a Brown / Navy pack on the 3-Eye Lug boat shoe — lands October 15, 2026 via Jacquemus, after the banana-yellow debut and the Lagoon Blue follow-up earlier this year.
The silhouette is still Timberland's handsewn 3-eye boat shoe, but Jacquemus keeps decorating it: premium leather with crocodile-embossed panels, contrast yellow midsole strip, Jacquemus metal lace tags, and that thick lug sole that refuses to look like a yacht-club soft shoe. Fullress clocks retail at ¥48,000 (about $320). The campaign frames lean autumn — knit sweaters, striped shirts, three pairs of hands tying laces on concrete steps — which is a nice trick for a boat shoe that usually only shows up next to a marina.

Our take: the yellow La Bateau was a meme you could wear. Brown and navy is the grown-up version — still loud enough that people will ask, quiet enough that you can wear it past Labor Day. If you missed the first two, this is the one that actually survives a fall closet.
The details: Jacquemus × Timberland "La Bateau" Boat Shoe, Brown/Navy pack, third collab colorway. Japan retail listed at ¥48,000 with a Jacquemus launch dated October 15, 2026, per Fullress. Earlier Timberland listings for prior La Bateau colorways are separate drops.
