Update, October 17: Round two is official. Nike SNKRS Japan has the Yachty pieces up as the Nike Tech × Lil Yachty Fleece Apparel Collection: the Fleece Full-Zip Jacket (IV4375-010) at ¥29,700 and the below-the-knee Fleece Shorts (IV4376-010) at ¥22,330, both first-come on SNKRS Japan from Wednesday, October 21 at 9:00 AM JST (that's Tuesday, October 20 at 8:00 PM ET), one per customer. Nike's own fit note says everything runs oversized and suggests sizing down, which might be the most honest product copy of the month. Update, October 16: The U.S. raffle for the Nike Tech Fleece Reimagined by Lil Yachty opened at 10:00 AM ET / 7:00 AM PT on yachty.shop, with Sole Retriever's page reading "Launches Today." The shop stayed gated ahead of the raffle, and no U.S. price was listed publicly.
Lil Yachty is putting his name on Nike Tech Fleece, and the clock is short. Per Sole Retriever, Nike Tech Fleece Reimagined by Lil Yachty went up Friday, October 16 at 10:00 AM ET / 7:00 AM PT as a raffle on yachty.shop.
The teaser is classic Boat. A short clip drops him at what looks like a DMV photo booth in a blacked-out Tech Fleece, paired with the yellow croc-skin Air Force 1 Mids he already ran at ComplexCon. When he stands up for the camera, his head knocks a ceiling tile loose and drywall dusts the fleece. Sole Retriever notes the final product details still aren't fully locked in public — whether that dust gag turns into a real graphic, or the hoodie stays clean black — so treat the look as a preview, not a full catalog sheet.
Our take: Tech Fleece is the winter uniform of people who own three pairs of the same joggers. Handing it to Yachty is either a genius street-cast or a bet that "NOT EVERYONE FITS IN" looks better on a hoodie than on a billboard. Either way, a raffle-only drop on his own shop is the Concrete Boys distribution model: small door, loud announcement, no SNKRS queue theater. In the U.S. the door was his site, not SNKRS. Japan, apparently, gets the SNKRS treatment.
