Edison Chen and CLOT are back on the Superstar, and this time they cut the heel off one of them. Per Footwear News / WWD, the adidas Originals × CLOT Superstar pack lands October 16, 2026 globally via the Confirmed app, adidas.com and select retailers, with pricing up to $200. House of Heat has the full campaign look, and Fullress first flagged the pair in August as KJ0283 (Superstar, €200) and KJ0275 (Sawtooth Mule, €180).
Both shoes swap the classic rubber shell for hairy suede and sit on CLOT's sawtooth ripple sole. The lace-up Superstar goes all-over dark blue shaggy suede with tonal stripes. The mule flips to camel hairy suede with army-green leather stripes, an open heel and a little leather tassel on the laces, because of course it does. Apparel rides along: a military-leaning cargo jacket and short, a Vancouver-nod hockey jersey, track pants with braided rope draws and a padded reversible tote. The campaign keeps the anime thread going with South Korean group Lngshot, illustrated by Annie Choi, in the same lane as earlier CLOT × adidas chapters with Anthony Edwards and friends.
Our take: the blue lace-up is the safer flex, the mule is the one that will get the group chat going. Hairy suede on a shell toe already feels like a dare; opening the heel and hanging a tassel on it is CLOT refusing to take the Superstar seriously, which is usually when these land. If you already own a prior CLOT Superstar, this pack is less "another colorway" and more "new silhouette in the family."
