BAPE's cutest employee just picked up a side gig in astrology. BABY MILO, the lifestyle line from A BATHING APE, is dropping its first-ever 12 Zodiac Blind Box Series as one of the headline pieces of its Fall/Winter 2026 collection. According to Hypebeast, the whole thing launches on Thursday, October 22 through BABY MILO, AAPE STORE, select BAPE STORE locations and online at AAPE.COM.
The idea is simple and very on brand: Milo dresses up as each of the twelve signs. That means a little monkey in ram horns, a lion's mane, a crab suit, Libra's scales and the rest of the chart. There are 12 regular editions plus a hyper-rare Secret Hidden Edition, which is exactly the kind of detail that turns "I'll grab one" into opening nine boxes and still not pulling your own sign.
The theme carries past the boxes into clothes and bags. Milo's birthday is February 5, which makes him an Aquarius, and the collection leans into that with graphic sweatshirts and BABY MILO Cropped Fit Hoodies covered in zodiac artwork. On the accessories side there's a character-shaped BABY MILO Mobile Bag that basically lets you wear Milo across your chest like a tiny bodyguard, plus medium and large backpacks printed with colorful zodiac graphics.
Our take: blind boxes are the most honest product in streetwear, because they tell you up front that you're gambling. Milo has always been the softer side of BAPE, and putting him in a costume for every sign gives collectors twelve reasons to come back and one secret reason to keep ripping boxes open. The hoodies and the Mobile Bag are what will actually get worn, but that lineup of twelve Milos on the temple steps is what ends up on shelves.
