Something’s Off — on purpose. MOWALOLA’s first Jordan Brand capsule puts the Air Jordan 14 (the last silhouette MJ wore as a Bull) through Mowalola Ogunlesi’s lens: aged metallic leather, oversized cursive side scripts, and a backless mule that reads more fashion object than hoop PE.
The footwear set pairs the Air Jordan 14 Retro Mule in Metallic Silver with laced AJ14 colorways (including a burnt-red execution), backed by apparel — leather jacket, track set, mini shorts, tights, halter. Campaign frames shot with Norbert Schoerner lean horror-hotel surrealism; the brand’s “Something’s Off” line is the point, not a bug.
MOWALOLA opened the drop on mowalola.com September 19, 2026 (pairs moved fast). The wider Jordan/global retail window followed on September 26, 2026. The mule carries style code IR0908-001; the laced Black/Burnt Red SP is IQ5708-001.
Update, October 5: the next chapter is already out in the open. Mowalola sent three new Air Jordan 14 Mules down her Spring 2027 runway in London, all in glossy patent leather with a croc texture: Black, Obsidian and Dark Team Red. Just Fresh Kicks reports the “Patent Croc” pack for February 26, 2027 at $180 a pair (IX0136-400 Obsidian, IX0136-600 Dark Team Red), but notes another report says no date or price has been set. Jordan Brand has not confirmed release details yet; we'll update this story when it does.
